Allowed libraries

Libraries like ‘numpy’, ‘pandas’, and ‘multiprocessing’ are allowed - please note, numpy will be limited to 6 threads and multiprocessing to 6 processes.

Please ask the OC if you are confused about whether any other libraries are allowed.
